Sartell MHP

Sartell MHP is a beautiful place to call home. Close to shopping, bowling and many other amenities in the area. The community has 163 home spaces, a storage area for your camper/trailer/toys and a tot lot for toddlers to play. We are always busy doing something for and/or with our residents like a monthly “Good morning coffee/juice and breakfast bar” treat available as residents either leave or return home for work. We also did a donation drive to supply ALL of the school age children a free backpack and supplies for the upcoming school year of 2021/2022. These are just a couple of the community advantages.
